It refers to the diverse spectrum of female experiences which include (and celebrate!) transgender and nonbinary people who feel most accurately labeled as “femme.”

While womanhood looks different for everyone, there are often commonalities in our experiences—particularly in the workplace—that we are intentionally making space to address.

While the resources we offer right now are geared toward women already in their mid-career, we’re hoping to incorporate materials and opportunities for those with less experience in the near future. Stay tuned!
