Started by two working moms who couldn’t find a space (outside of the women’s bathroom) to speak freely about challenges and goals at work. 

Having worked together for over 15 years building corporate brands, our desire to create FemmeFactor comes from direct experience as employees, consultants, and entrepreneurs.

As moms to 3 daughters, we are highly motivated to fill the gap in companies serving the needs of mid-career women.
